Jalwa Game Account Settings

How to Change Your Password

  1. Go to Account → Settings → Login Password.
  2. Enter your old password.
  3. Enter the new password twice (8+ characters, letters and numbers).
  4. Verify the OTP if asked and tap Save.

Forgotten your password? Use Forgot Password on the login screen.

Change or Lost Mobile Number

Your mobile number is your account ID, so it usually can’t be changed in settings.

  • Still have the SIM? Keep it active; you need it for OTPs.
  • Lost the SIM? Get a duplicate SIM for the same number from your operator. This is the fastest way back in.
  • Number deactivated? Contact customer care with your nickname, user ID and recent deposit UTRs to prove ownership.

Account Blocked or Frozen

Common reason given What to do
Multiple accounts on one device/bank Contact support; explain the situation with proof.
Bank name mismatch Make sure the bank account is in your own name.
Suspicious login Reset password; check for unknown devices.
Bonus abuse flag Ask support for the specific rule and appeal.

Note: Unblocking never needs a payment. If anyone asks you to pay to unfreeze an account, see what to do.

Delete or Close Your Jalwa Game Account

There is usually no “Delete account” button. To close it:

  1. Withdraw any remaining balance first.
  2. Message customer care: “Please close my account and remove my bank details.”
  3. Remove your bank card / UPI ID from the withdraw page if the app allows it.
  4. Uninstall the app and delete the APK (how to).
  5. Change any password you reused on other sites.

FAQs

Can I have two Jalwa Game accounts?

No. One account per person, number and bank account is allowed; duplicates can be blocked.

Where is my User ID?

On the Account page, under your nickname.

Can I transfer balance to another account?

No. Balances can only be withdrawn to your own bank account.

Will my data be deleted after closing?

Ask support to confirm; there is no guarantee data is deleted.
